Had an initial phone interview with someone from HR. She was nice, gave me a good impression of the company but that all went downhill I get in the in-person interview and immediately get a bad feeling from the interviewer. He's clearly got his bad cop face on. we go through a few questions and I can tell he isn't really buying what i'm saying. He suddenly realizes my degree isn't exactly what he wanted even though the posting did NOT specify an engineering degree type. Meeting was over in less than 10 minutes.
