Met recruiters at a career networking event at my college. Gatheref information from them over the program and decided to apply online.
A few weeks later an HR rep called me to do a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 15 minutes, just asked the basic and easy interview questions as well as what I knew about the company and position. Within the same work week the rep called back to schedule a webcam interview with another HR rep the next week, she really emphasized that I research the company and position again.
Webcam interview was same kind of questions but with a little more prying and it lasted about 45-60 minutes. Within that next work week they contacted me again and asked me to submit a 3 page writing sample discussing why I was a good candidate for the position. I submitted the document and within a few days the called and let me know they wanted to do a face to face interview at their headquarters in Rhode Island.
They flew me out to Rhode Island from the southwest region of the US for the final interview. Flight and hotel accommodations were taken care of courtesy of Amica and taxi and food expenses were reimbursed. Got to the headquarters early at 8:45am with 2 other candidates and met with an Amica rep that gave us a tour of the campus. We had breakfast together and were free to ask him any questions over the interview process. After that we interviewed with three company executives. Each candidate was matched to an exec and we switched til everyone had interviewed. After the interviews we had lunch and then we caught a cab to the airport.
Within the week they called to let me know they were not extending an offer. Good interview experience nonetheless, all other company's interviewing processes seem like a piece of cake now.
