I checked the company’s reviews before interviewing to get an idea of what to expect, and it turned out exactly as others described. At first, they respond quickly, review your resume/portfolio, and set up a standard video interview. They seem eager to fill the position, saying things like, "We’re looking to fill this role as soon as possible," "We have a lot of work to do," and "You’ll handle X, Y, and Z." They also ask questions like, "How much do you plan to work?" "What’s your availability?" and "Do you plan to take vacations in your first year?" After the interview, they tell you there’s an assessment to complete so they can evaluate your skills, and they promise, "We’ll get back to you either way." But after I submitted the assessment, they completely ghosted me. I followed up several times but got no response—not even to confirm if they were reviewing my work. Meanwhile, they kept updating their job postings. This makes me think the jobs might be fake, either to pressure their current employees (which would explain the bad employee reviews) or to get free work from applicants. Either way, it’s extremely unprofessional. If you’re thinking of applying to this company, be cautious and know what you’re getting into.

They initially had a good response time but as soon as I submitted my assessment that they requested, they went completely dark. Didn't respond to my email asking about the situation.
