Not very tough. But it was surprising to get a rejection for a good interview experience.They asked me about my previous experience and my projects. They gave me a take a home project which I completed in a few days but I did not get any response back for a couple of weeks.When I enquired a couple of times and tried to reach them by phone, finally I got a rejection.I did not know the reason they took so long to reject.The interview was good, but do not know why I was rejected. If they had already made up their mind to reject they should have informed early.

I had a very positive experience throughout Americaneagle.com's interview process! There was a phone screen, an in person interview, and then a writing assignment about a website. Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly. The phone screen lasted about 15 minutes and then I was contacted the very next day about an in person interview. I loved how the interview was set up. It was a panel interview with HR and a couple other subject-matter experts. They mainly asked questions about my background and really wanted to get to know me better. It lasted about an hour and I was offered the job within a week!
