      Assembly Line Worker Interview

      13 Jan 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Kingman, AZ
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Woodmark (Kingman, AZ) in Jan 2013

      Interview

You do a tour of the plant. Then you watch really long boring video. You take some simple tests like building things out of legos following instructions, pick labeled parts of a list, inspect tgings for errors and these test decide what position you will be placed in, if any.
