The interview process involves several rounds of video interviews and on site interviews if you are local. My interviews were all remote. You will likely have to do a free merchandising or product design project as an example- a PowerPoint Presentation involving your interpretation of some key product categories utilizing their product line and competitors. They also told me the job was "more creative than you might realize" but once I got the job they told me on a regular basis this is NOT a creative role.
