Arrived 10 minutes early, interview process was 20 minutes late. I was sent to a break room the size of closet looking unprofessional and not clean at all. 3 personnel was present in my interview, HR and two managers. I was denied seeing the work space and condition of the work area.

Interview with hr lady and boss. They want someone who wants a career not a job but aren’t willing to pay a salary. They don’t want someone to come to work for a paycheck. Hr lady wants to tell you to clean bathrooms even though you have a degree in design. The building is a mess and cramped. After a great interview they do not get back with you. All their work is done “in house” to cut corners.

The interview process was an intense question and answer session with the owner, project manager, and warehouse manager. All asking questions of my background and work history, at the end the owner stated I would make for a great asset to the team as his next Operations Manager
