Two Rounds of interview: In first round I was asked about my current job profile and role, and projects on which I worked. Went an hour and a half and they were asking questions politely. The team looked experienced to me and listened my all experiences and findings, also I shared about the failure experiences. In second round: My immediate manager has asked about my PhD research works and publications, tools on which I worked and some working style questions to be familiar my team work ability.

Very easy. HR reaches out to you if they find you are a fit and sets up the in-person interview. For the in-person interview, you will speak with a few of the engineers of whom you'll be working with. Expect to be asked questions of what you've learned in college and other experience.
