The interviewer conducted the interview from a standing desk treadmill where he walked the entire time. It was unprofessional and distracting to the interview process. The job posting was listed as remote but immediately was told in the interview it was hybrid but the interviewer was unable to specify how many days a week. At the end of the interview, when the question of salary was raised he told me to "Google it".
