I applied online. I interviewed at American Seafoods (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2020
Interview
Video call and they ask you can you work 16 hours a day 7 days a week and be away from home. They ask you about safety and about situations when you had to solve a problem. Job offer afterwards if they like what they hear

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to solve a problem and what did you do yo solve it?
Positive but after actually working for the company you will find out that they lie about how much you will make. They promised 120/day, I got paid 90/day for a month aboard the KDN. The hours were not as concrete as they mentioned so naturally the pay wasn't either. One lie to justify lower pay does not sit well with labor arbitration.
