First call was with a recruitment manager at the company. Second call via Microsoft Teams with two people who are also Financial Analysts. Third interview was also via Microsoft Teams with two managers in the department, one of them who would be the manager for the position. Then the day after the third interview, they reposted the job listing. I asked about it, and I was ghosted.
