Loved the culture panel interview because it offered future employees a chance to talk with current employees about the work-life balance and culture of the organization. It is something that more companies are picking up on but it is not commonly found across the board.

No HR screen or phone interview, but a pretty fast turnaround from when I sent in my application to when my interview was scheduled. Had an interview with the hiring manager and their manager, but still have not heard back from anyone either way.

It was a multi-step virtual interview process. Everyone was nice and friendly. It sounds like a great place to work. The first interview was about the job, second interview was a culture fit interview with people from other departments. Easy to schedule. Pleasant experience.
