The interview process was pretty straight forward. I had an in person interview then virtual interview with my potential supervisor and director. I was as a serious of customer service based questions as well as questions surrounding my past work experience.

Slow process to get a call back for an interview. Basic interview process and questions once contacted. The interview questions were pretty generic and basic. Some questions were about workforce knowledge, but it's not necessary to have previous experience.
