One 15 min phone call to go over the resume and then invite to a webinar that pretty much tells that everone on the call gets the job.... process was super fast, application to hired in 5 days

I was called in to interview with the director of hiring for a position i never applied for. I was told my profile was seen on ziprecruiter.com and that I am eligible for the position. this was hardly an interview- it was more like a 'we'll talk to you as long as you'll show up'. when i reached the office, I was one of many candidates waiting to be 'interviewed'. However, ALL of them were asked to wait for a 40 min long presentation, following a literal 5 minute conversation with the hiring director. we were asked to fill in a personality questionnaire and some other forms. I found the whole thing very 'sales pitchy'. I know one other person has shared an experience but i didn't think it was in such bad taste, however, i would not be interested in joining this company. I deliberately filled in options that I thought would not get me a response. however, i must say that unlike other sales profiles, this one is a little better as there is no cold calling or lead gen.
