Series of three interviews. Initial interview is over the phone. Second interview is to come into the office and meet the management and to sit through presentation and find out what the company is about. Third interview is one on one with management and you're either offered the job or not.

Easy and quick interview process. Understable and efficient. Though did not clarify it was just commission, made it seem like you make 80,000 salary non commission but remember this is 100% comission
