Listened to a lot of detail how much you will make and not really know how to acquire these numbers. It is a exagerated interview. The leader just poured out a lot of numbers and how much he can make in the first and second year. A Group of thirteen people in a room and after the orientation/ lecture, I interviewed with lady but it was so rush, I don't even know her name since there were lots of people in there too. Completely a waste of time

Virtual group interview with about 11 people. They gave a breakdown of what would be required (An insurance license) and what we could expect. There is no base salary and each sale is estimated to average $500

Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.

There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
