The interview was not very formal and laid back. I was asked many questions about my interest and what I wanted to achieve with the American Heart Association. We talked for over an hour over zoom and they were very accommodating to my needs as a student.

I completed a one way video interview. I answered questions while filming my response. Then I had a phone call interview, which was pretty typical. They were friendly, but the process was slow. Between each step there was about a 3-4 week wait.

After filling out the application, I received an email to do a recorded video interview. Shortly after, I was contacted to do an interview with two employees who would serve as my supervisors.

The process was pretty in-depth, but not crazy high pressure. The interview took on a pretty conversational tone. The time it took for them to give me a follow-up and answer was a really long time though.
