I applied online and was contacted by Human Resource. In total, I had 5+ interviews for a Sr. Management role. As I progressed, I was encouraged. However, in the final interview stage, I engaged with a new interviewer who could be my peer. She kept my presentation, but we did not connect. I felt this was unprofessional and realized this job and organization were not for me.
