Straightforward interview process: 1 screening call with HR, 1 panel interview with potential colleagues and at least 1 more interview with the supervisor. All via zoom. Unfortunately, after completing all stages of the interview process, I was ghosted by HR. After 12 days, I reached out to HR to ask if another candidate had been chosen. Still no response. It was really a bummer, too, because I put quite a bit of time and energy into the interviews and had a positive experience meeting several staff members. A notification of the status would have been very helpful in informing my job search.

Spent two hours with three different employees answering and asking questions. All employees seemed interested in the work I have performed and how it coincided with the work they needed performed. One employee even hinted at the fact that when I would attend the annual meeting (held the month after my interview) I would get a better idea of what would be required of me. I never heard back from AGA and when I phoned the HR person she did not reply. She also did not reply to email inquiries. After spending so much time and effort, I really would have like to know why I was not offered the position. I found this to be bad business.
