This review is for the insane difficulty of the application process. It's horrifically outdated and slow. I had to give up half way. I company that's this bad at this simple stage doesn't show they are truly invested to succeed. On the application, they only present one basic question at a time on a webpage. You answer, Click to submit. Wait on it to slowly process. Then get a new page with, again, a single basic question, and repeat the process over and over again for the next hour. The software they use to parse resumes is also a massive failure. Good companies have good employees. Getting good employees starts with the recruiting department. This company desperately needs more investment in this department.
