PhonFirst we had a telephone interview via phone to get a feel of each other, they wanted to see is I was a possible fit before calling me in to a face to face interview. I was call back approximately 2 days later for interview with the collections manager, which went well at that time he stated I would be a good fit with advancement potential. I was given a call back and offered employment.
