American Credit Acceptance interview questions

Contacted via linked in. Phone interview with recruiter then 30 mins numeric reasoning assessment. Followed up with being told that assessment results were great and will be contacted. Over a week went by, I reached out via linked in message again. I was told that I was not selected for the position.

It was easy, the interviewers were very nice and punctual. I recieved a call informing of their interest to interview me, and we schuduled a time on that call. From there, I was sent emails with the date and time, including who was interviewing me. The questions were all general, no technical questions. They placed a heavy importance on how my goals would align with the company goals. Heavy research of the company is 100% necessary for a successful interview.
