it was easy and short. i met with the recruiter and then had an interview person interview at the corporate office that lasted about twenty minutes. They mentioned that you must commit to to the 90 day program with no days off and no exceptions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Communities (Houston, TX)
Interview
I went through 3 rounds of interviews and 1 secret shop at a property with an email for me to send regarding my shop and what changes I would make as a community manager at a property in Dallas, TX. Got told I was over qualified and they would like me handle class A communities in Houston instead. Did the background check and I didn’t get approved for hire because they ran a credit report(I’ve had fraud on my credit over the years like millions of other Americans). So yeah they gave me an opportunity to dispute the report but overall they decided that since my personal credit report is unsatisfactory that they can’t continue unless I dispute the information. Would’ve much rather them call previous employers and ask how much income I’ve made those employers vs other community managers in the same company. Absolute joke if you want me to be honest, I can understand why nobody stays with the company and they have trouble keeping managers.
