Interview
Just sent in application online, took a typing test. You had to type a certain number of words per minute with very few errors. If you passed, then you would be called by the hiring manager and you pretty much have the job by then.

I didn't really have an interview, just went in and the hiring manager told me about the job and what day I started on.
