Interview one on one with hiring manager. Then they narrow it down to 2 people for the final Panel interview.

Interview
One phone interview with HR. One phone interview with hiring manager. One in-person interview with hiring manager and a few executives. Everyone was nice and professional. Focus much of the question on asking for example of how you're behaved in past scenarios, asking for description of specific examples.
