Interview process was the most disorganized I've ever experienced. It's no wonder the airline underperforms its peers. The organization is rife with incompetent workers.
1. No sole POC. Every update was from a different person
2. I arrive to the office for an onsite (early to check in) and I'm not even freaking registered. I have no contact so I call one of the many people who spoke to me. She asks if I'm an internal candidate? Uh. No? It takes almost the entire 30 mins for someone to register me so I can get through security.
