I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at American Airlines (New York, NY) in Jul 2015

I received an video interview invitation two days after I submitted my application on line, you have 5 days to complete this interview, I received a reminder on the third day I received invitation, I did it on the 4th day. The video interview was not very difficult, they repeat the question twice each time, then you have max. 60 seconds to prepare the answer and have Max 3 minutes to answer the question.

Applied online took assessment test online one week later received email for a video interview. Taking my video interview today. Any advice from anyone who has gone through the process?!
Video group interview then in person with 40 other applicants. Asked behavioral questions and personality questions. The video interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then the in person was a whole day process.
