The interview process consists of three phases
1. First round phone interview by an analyst. More on technical side including questions on background and past experience
2. Second round phone interview by a manager. More high-level. Questions on background and experience again but more about testing fit with the group.
3. Onsite: a 1-hr presentation to the group + 1 panel discussion with principals and senior analysts + 2/3 vs 1. with managers + meeting with managing directors.
Overall, the experience was good and people were very smart but friendly.
