I'm going to try and be as detailed as possible, so sorry if it's a little long!
Helpful tips:
-Make sure you have your passport BEFORE you apply
-Smile
-Dress conservatively and professionally. Men, wear a suit. Women, blouse, skirt, heels, light make up. Dress similar to what an FA for AA would wear, but nicer. Cover any visible tattoos, and if you have dyed hair that isn't natural, you'll be passed over.
-Talk to everyone you meet. Introduce yourself, smile, don't be shy! Your personality is what they want to see most.
-When you're on the property, you ARE being watched. Cameras everywhere, and you'd be surprised who's a recruiter. Always, always, always, use your manners, smile and be nice!
-RELAX. Seriously. Take a deep breath before you speak, smile, listen and have fun!

-You get a large sheet of paper, and draw a circle and inside put 3 things that you all have in common
-Draw a separate line and add something about yourself that no one could guess by looking at you
8. Someone in your group is chosen as the "speaker" to present your group's similarities and give a fact from the paper, BUT not their own fact.
9. Everyone in the room guesses until all the groups have presented
10. Group interview; 4 or 5 of you will meet with 2 recruiters who will ask you questions. You answer as you'd like, no raising hands. LISTEN TO EVERYONE'S ANSWER.
