Application
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX)
Interview
From the time I applied until the actual face 2 face was 6 months. I was invited to do a video interview, then the wait was on! I was invited to Dallas for the face2face with about 30 other candidates. The atmosphere was very pleasant and engaging. As stated before, we watched a video presentation and completed an activity. We were then called into a room in groups where they asked us all questions. Very friendly vibe. I thought all candidates did remarkably well and would not be surprised if the majority were selected! These men and women were on their stuff. Be prepared! I didn't get selected and really don't know why.... but I really want to be a flight attendant for American, so I will be diligent and try again.
