Interview process and the conversation itself was fine. However, the role appears to have been posted for many months with repeated reposting, which made it unclear whether the company was actively hiring or still defining the position. More transparency around hiring timelines and status would improve the candidate experience.

Very professional organization - good process and follow through. Initially asked to respond in writing how my skills matched the position requirements. First round of interviews - 3 individual interviews. Second round of interviews - 2 individual interviews. Asked about prior work experience and provided realistic and varied perspectives on the company.
