Interview
Submit an application to either a store or online at the website. If submitting in store often you will have an on-spot interview with the manager of that store. If positions are available manager may choose to hire you. However if the store is fully staffed and you are noted as being a candidate for the job, your resume and application is forwarded to a recruiter who may contact you to work in another store.

As long as you can answer yes or no questions, you are hired. I’m sure even if you couldn’t answer yes or no questions, you’d still be hired. It’s an easy process and they are usually extremely short staffed with a high turnover rate so they are always desperate for people.
First interview is with the two assistant managers, individually. If they both agree you would be a good candidate, you will be called in for a second interview with the store manager.
