Ameren Engineer interview questions

I submitted an application followed by the recruiter reaching out to schedule the interview then a panel interview with 3 panelists asking behavior interview style questions. There was an opportunity to provide an opening statement and then 4 prepared questions before I had an opportunity to ask questions.

First a screening call with HR then behavioral based interview with a 3 person panel. Questions mostly began “tell me a time where…”. Length was about 30 minutes. Took awhile to get a call back
