The interview was a simple phone interview. They asked a little about me and work experiences. They told me about the company. They asked if I had any questions for them. Afterwards they said I had the job.

It went smoothly within 24 hours. Great company to work with and growth aircraft maintenance skills. Got a call from HR and then call from a manager on site for further questions based on your resume.

Interview
Very straightforward with no games. Received a call to schedule an interview. I was asked basic questions about my resume and then more technical/troubleshooting questions about avionics. They wanted to verify that I would be comfortable in the role, working on that type of aircraft, and wouldn't have difficulty with their maintenance manuals. Received an offer letter about a week later. All in all, a very simple process.
