I had a phone screening with a recruiter first (lasted maybe 15-20 minutes because she missed our first scheduled meeting, but I get it we’re human). That went well, didn’t really ask interview questions or anything mostly wanted to know what I wanted in the position (hours, pay). I wanted something a little different from what I applied for and they were very accommodating and she asked my branch if it was something they were interested in and it ended up being a yes! I then interviewed at the place with the clinical director. We talked a while and she answered all questions and gave me a tour of the place. I then had to come back again and interview with the director (basic interview question). I received an offer maybe a week later.
