Gauntlet style interview between three individuals, all one-on-one. Interviewers were under prepared and frenzying to either complete some project by its deadline or better prepare for the interview. Basic question-answer interview, no prompts to demonstrate skill with.

Interview
Met with the Director is Account Services who asked me some basic questions about what I was looking for in a position and why I was interested in this particular role. And then I met with the Founder/Executive who I would be working closely with He asked more questions about who I was as a person and focused more on that than my actual employment history.
