Standard interview process: step 1 = screening with recruiter step 2 = interview with immediate team step 3 = interview with extended leadership team Overall process was super slow and time between interviews was exceptionally long.

there are two levels of technical rounds followed by HR round. Interview questions are mostly related to telecom industry OSS/BSS depending on the expertise the candidate carries. Overall the process is simple
The interview process was smooth. 2 rounds. One was technical and other was managerial. Both rounds were in depth and tested the knowledge. The interviews were conducted in smooth manner.
Interview process involves technical questions along with scrum ceremonies and Jira knowledge is also evaluated. Experience of product owner is also evaluated along with ability to analyse code. Knowledge of impact assessment and effort calculation is also tested.
