Applied via LinkedIn. Phone call with recruiter. Invited to face-to-face interview with hiring manager who not available when I arrived. Interview is currently pending based on unclear status with regards to personenl budget .

4 steps including RVP and VP and HR head and it was all online with no personal meeting. The managers were very nice and friendly but it took more than 4 months to complete.
