Interview
I have given a written test whcich includes techinical section with C,C++,SQL, UNIX etc and aptitude question. After clearing you will be called for personal interview. Interview panel have 1 or 2 people. For .Net guys there are not much .Net experts in Gurgaon center to dig you in. For Java/C you must come prepared.
Online Test: It included Unix, java objective and coding questions, Logical Reasoning.
telephonic Round
Technical Face to Face.
the interview process was quick enough, the online test was a tough one. needs strong Unix and analytical knowledge

1 online aptitude- rs agarwal is sufficient.it also includes basic c output and sql questions
2 technical round- basic algorithms like searching and sorting
1 mangerial round asking basic personality questions and about previous experirnce and project.
