A brief telephonic discussion followed by Technical interview at Magarpatta location but the reason why I am writing a review here is that the HR followed up with me at every stage with telephonic discussion, mails regarding everything and with weekday interview scheduling for which I was skeptic but he was keen and asked me again and again to clear my schedule and later on I had to travel 23 km during office hours , after reaching there I waited for sometime and gradually I was taken to panel interview room and proceeded with the interview, it went well with a formal response from their side awaited. I waited for a week and then mailed the HR person stating I look forward for a response from their end as a reminder mail and no response for over 3 weeks and I once again realized that a candidate is important till the point it is for them to showcase their priorities. Hoped for a better and responsible behavior from Amdocs Team.
