Interview
It was an one-day average interview process. There were three rounds.Two technical rounds and final HR round
Personal then family background followed by technical expertise in the applied domain
Among 28 members who have gone through HR round, only 9 were selected(I was the first one in that list again :D). The best thing is that they have given offer letters on the spot.
the interview process is very strict
Time consuming
Take a very long time in deciding the candidate needs to be selected or not
They need to make sure that the person taking the interview is present
