I did not have to undergo an interview process because I had heard about the position through a friend. When they referred me, and I was asked a few questions and hired pretty quickly.

Interview
Met with the manager. I dressed business casual and we met in the office of the establishment.He was very friendly and outgoing but knew what he was looking for. He was interested in who I was and seemed to be able to read my personality through our conversation. He asked questions about where I was from and what I wanted to do with my career path. The interview didn't even feel like an interview because he made it comfortable. It was like I was talking to a new friend. It was 20 minutes max, but very detailed. He said he would give me call and answered any questions I had for him.
