Ambling Companies interview questions

The interview process wasn't stressful at all. It was two parts; one by the student workers (my future co-workers) and then with the property manager. It was laid-back; but informative.

Met with VP and President. Took DISC assessment. I drove to meet both of them. They were very pleasant. I did not meet other staff. They did not come out to greet during the interview. There's a clique in this company. If you're not IN you know unequivocally that you're not IN. It's like a high school for adults who were lame in high school. A little money and "fame" only in their office gives them euphoria. Their attitudes are terrible.
