HR emailed me directly to set-up an interview. I was interested so I went through with it. Went through an HR interview + a second interview with the hiring manager. Interview went well with the hiring manager. However, I was ghosted by HR without any updates. Been following-up for a month since the hiring manager gave next steps but these were never formalized afterwards.
