- Basic questions to know about previous experience (i.g.Explain me about the project A, Tell me your logical process during the project B)
Prepare at least 16 classic behavioural and motivational questions, each tied to one of the 16 values, for a two-interviewer loop interview featuring both a manager and a senior employee.

Interview
Initial application process has a simulation where you record your responses (audio only). Then there is a phone screening + 2 interviews with people in the sales organization. They can be from different offices
