Interview
There were 2 rounds. First was the Online Assessment round that took around 3 hours in total, consisting of 2 Leetcode questions, then Work Style questionnaire, and a simulation to mimic a day in life of an engineer at AWS (think answering emails, asking questions and ask for feedback). Round 2 was an interview loop with 3 engineers, each interview consist of both coding and Leadership principle questions.
Interview was conducted well. Questions were fair, just wasn't prepared well enough. Brush up on your data structures and basic algorithms. The programming language used doesn't matter. Prepare past experiences stories beforehand so you are ready when asked about an experience.

Beahviroal and some hiring manager then recruiter feedback and follow up for level up. Level up did not work and i had o say no to them
