My interview was typical of most of my team and my peers, it was a four part interview: 1) recruiter phone screen; 2) hiring manager phone screen; 3) all-day interview, with hour sessions with 4-6 individuals (future team members, adjacent team members, completely independent senior interviewer for an objective view; and 4) writing sample.

Tell us a scenario where you made an impact: what was the situation, what was your approach, how did it go, were you successful or not, what were the impacts. each of these segments were followed with multiple layers of "why" to dive deeper.
Process was very intense. The final round was 6 back to back interviews with a lunch in the middle. It doesn't really test business acumen or knowledge but rather knowledge of and understanding of Amazon's business principles.
