On February 16th at 2pm, I participated in an initial interview with two individuals, including an internal and external hiring representative. The same day, I received notification that my application would not proceed. On March 1st, I was informed via email that I had been invited to a final interview with the managers, without any further explanation. On March 10th, I participated in three interviews. However, on March 9th, the day prior to my interviews, the company reposted the job offer on LinkedIn. On March 13th, I received notification that I did not pass the interview. Despite my attempts to inquire about the job offer being reposted for the same position I had interviewed for, I have not received a response.
It is surprising to experience such unprofessional behavior from a reputed organization like Amazon. It is essential for companies to maintain high standards of professionalism and transparency throughout their recruitment process to maintain a positive reputation and attract top talent.
