I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (London, England)
Interview
I did a phone screening, then about a month later I had a 4 hour long video interview with 4 different interviewers. 2 of the interviews were purely behavioural, based on leadership principles and past experience. One was purely technical, although not difficult at all. They won't ask you very specific things that you would normally Google when coding. And then the last interview was a mixture. All interviewers are so friendly, they make you feel at ease and relaxed.

They share a prep document on how to best prepare for interviews. The technical test was live with document share which I found much more pleasant than very long home technical tests.
