Interview
During the interview you will find yourself thinking how repetitive some of your answers may have sounded. The interview process is long, you will meet with four or five interviewees that ask similar questions around amazon leadership principles. I recommend watching YouTube videos to prepare some of your answers related to your previous work experience.

Tell me a time you disagreed with your manager, how did you handle it, walk me through the situation, what was the outcome?

Interview
Saw the position in the website, connected with recruiter in LinkedIn, had an initial call with her about the fit, got the confirmation about the hiring manager liking my profile and she schedules for a one hour technical round with HM. Three days after I got the confirmation that they would like to move ahead with final round.
Being in the COVID situation all the companies were doing VCs and happened same for this role too. Had 5 rounds with one bar raiser round and everything went as planned and no distractions.
Went in deep discussion about writing assessment with 2 of 5 interviewers. And got the call from recruiter after 1.5 days about they wanted to offer me the role.

Four sections from morning to afternoon. Lunch included. All questions are about and only about the leadership principle. Check with some interview example before you go, which will be very helpful.
